Launched in July 2024, the portal reflects UPPC’s commitment to aligning with Uganda’s digitization strategy and fostering economic resilience by keeping printing services within the country.

E-Gazette Access: The portal introduces the digital E-Gazette, allowing users to subscribe and access the official government newspaper online for as low as UGX 3,000 per issue, compared to UGX 5,000 for the hardcopy. Users can submit documents electronically, significantly speeding up submission, approval, and publication processes.
Online Bookshop: A vast collection of statutory, legal, and general publications is available for purchase, making UPPC’s resources globally accessible and supporting educational and professional needs.
Seamless Service Requests: The portal enables users to request printing services, including security printing (e.g., passports, IDs, and land titles), offset printing, and digital printing, with an intuitive interface and online help desks.
Subscription Management: Users can create accounts to manage subscriptions, track orders, and access exclusive digital resources, such as the E-Gazette, with an annual subscription of UGX 800,000 (compared to UGX 1.4 million for the hardcopy).
Real-Time Updates: The platform provides updates on legal notices, statutory instruments, and other critical announcements published in the Uganda Gazette, ensuring users stay informed.
