Rhoda is a qualified finance and Accounting professional with over 10 years work experience which spans a cross the public sector, financial services and audit/advisory services. Before NITA-U Regina worked with Ernst and Young where she was Associate Director Finance in charge of Finance, IT , HR, Procurement and Administration within the East African Region
She holds a masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Heriot watt University UK. She is a fellow of the association of chattered certified Accountants UK (FCCA) and a member of public Accountants of Uganda (CPA) . She holds a Bachelors of commerce Degree in Accounting (B.COM) from Makerere University, she is a pioneer graduate of the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Leadership Academy with MAT/Abacus Business School.
